This page explains, in plain English, what you agree to when you submit your contact information through our forms and how to stop communications at any time. We built our own agency working leads — we take this seriously.
1. What you agree to when you submit a form
When you submit a form that includes our consent language and press the button, you provide your express written consent to be contacted by ConfidentConnect at the phone number and email you provided — including by live calls, automated technology, prerecorded or artificial-voice messages, and SMS/text messages — about the products or services you inquired about.
- Consent is not a condition of purchase. You can buy any product or service without agreeing to marketing contact.
- Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.
- Your consent applies even if your number is on a Do-Not-Call registry, because express consent permits the contact you agreed to — and you may revoke it at any time (Section 2).
"By clicking the button below, I provide my express written consent to be contacted by ConfidentConnect at the number and email provided, including by autodialed calls, prerecorded/artificial voice messages, and SMS texts, regarding my inquiry. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message/data rates may apply; message frequency varies. Reply STOP to cancel texts. I have read the Privacy Policy and Terms."
2. How to stop calls, texts, and emails
The fast version: reply STOP to any text · click unsubscribe in any email · tell any caller "put me on your do-not-call list" · or email info@confidentconnect.com with your phone number and "REVOKE CONSENT."
You may revoke your consent at any time, by any reasonable method. We honor revocations promptly and within the timeframes required by law, and we maintain an internal do-not-contact list.
To start receiving texts in the first place, use the chat widget on our text updates page. That is the only standalone opt-in page. Our diagnosis funnels also offer an optional marketing-text checkbox beside the phone field — ticking it is the same express written consent described above, and leaving it unticked never affects anything else you asked us for.
3. Quiet hours — when we may call or text
We place marketing calls and send marketing texts only between 9:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. in the local time zone of the number we are contacting. That is deliberately narrower than the 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. window federal telemarketing rules allow — we trim an hour off each end so that we stay inside the tighter windows some states set, rather than calling right up to the federal limit. Where a state or local rule is narrower still, or restricts particular days, we follow the stricter rule.
4. Consent records
For each consumer lead, we maintain records of the consent given — including the form, the consent language displayed, and a timestamp — and we retain those records consistent with legal requirements. Consumers may ask about the consent we hold for their number at info@confidentconnect.com.
5. Complaints
If you believe you were contacted improperly by us, email info@confidentconnect.com with your phone number, the caller's identity if known, and the date/time. We investigate complaints and honor revocations.
