Exhibit A
Why we sell this — the honest version
We run our own multi-state agency on GoHighLevel before we ever sold a seat of it. The instant text-back, the follow-up sequences that never forget attempt five, the calendars that book appointments at 9 PM without a human touching anything — that's GHL, wired by us, feeding our own floor. And we pay for it like any customer: nearly $50,000 to GoHighLevel in the last twelve months alone. When we started consulting, people kept asking us to build them the same machine. So we became a partner and made it official.
Here's the part most partners won't say: the tool is worthless without the wiring. A GHL account with default settings is a monthly fee wearing a login screen. That's why every plan through us includes real setup — a GHL expert on our team building your pipelines, automations, and follow-up with you until the machine actually runs. We'd rather earn the subscription than sell it.
And if you already have a CRM that genuinely works? Book the free diagnosis and we'll tell you to keep it. Rip-and-replace sold without a diagnosis is the consultant's ego, billed hourly. The full story of what we run and why is in the tool-stack breakdown.
Exhibit B
The part you'd find anyway: two of our three prices are their prices
Open GoHighLevel's pricing page in another tab. Go ahead — we'd rather you did it before you buy than after. You'll find Unlimited at $297 a month and Pro at $497. The same numbers you just read above. Our Standard at $197 is the exception, and we'll say it before you find it: their entry plan is $97, and it buys something different — more on that in a second. That isn't an accident, and we're not going to pretend you didn't notice it.
So how do we make money if the price is the same? On the platform, out in the open. We run on a flat agency plan — one price, no matter how many businesses we put on it — so when you pay GoHighLevel's published $297, that's our margin, and it's what pays for the expert setup and the support that come with it. That's why there's no setup fee on top: we'd rather earn it on a fair price you can check in another tab than on an invoice you can't. Their $97 plan, for the record, is an agency plan: three blank sub-accounts and a very long weekend ahead of you. We know, because we spent that weekend.
And here's the line, so you never get a surprise invoice. Configuring the tool is free — that's the setup described below, and it stays free. Designing the machine the tool runs — rewriting your sales process, building the scripts, drilling the floor, standing up the scoreboard — is consulting, and consulting is a paid project. We scope it after the free diagnosis, never before, and what it costs is published on the pricing page. If all you need is the CRM running properly, you'll never see a bill from us for it.
