What you are agreeing to

If you submit your mobile number through the chat widget on this page, you are giving ConfidentConnect LLC your express written consent to send you marketing and promotional SMS text messages at that number, including messages sent using an automatic telephone dialing system.

The terms, in plain English

Consent is not a condition of purchase. You can hire us, buy a GoHighLevel plan, or book the free revenue diagnosis without ever agreeing to receive texts. Nothing we sell requires it.
Message frequency varies. We do not send on a fixed schedule. Some weeks there is nothing worth sending.
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your carrier and your plan. Those are between you and your carrier — we do not charge for messages.
Reply STOP to cancel at any time, in reply to any message. You will get one confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and then nothing further.
Reply HELP for help, or call us on (917) 297-6993. A human answers that number.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

What we will actually send

Short, occasional messages about the things this business does: an opening in the free on-site training sessions, a straight answer to something people keep asking us, or a note when something we published is worth your time. We are two people, not a marketing department. If we would not send it to a friend who runs a business, we do not send it.

What we will not do

We will not sell, rent, or share your mobile number with third parties for their own marketing.
We will not use your number for anything you did not agree to here.
We will not make it hard to stop. One word, once.

Why this page is so plain. Mobile carriers require that a page collecting SMS opt-in consent has one consent mechanism on it and no competing forms. Our booking calendar counts as one, so it is not here. This page does one job.
