Our home industry

Insurance SEO from people
who actually run an agency.

We founded FreedInsure in February 2023 with zero startup capital. First month of commission: $227. The book grew to $1.3M a year with three-quarters of the book renewing — fed by a lead engine we built ourselves. That engine is what we install for agencies. Not theory. Wiring.

What's actually broken

Why agencies that write good business still lose the search

We sat on your side of this table for years. Six leaks we watched drain agency books — including the ones we plugged in our own.

Leak 01

The same lead, six agents

That "exclusive" internet lead went to five other agents, and some of it aged for weeks before you paid. We bought those leads for our own floor at FreedInsure — we know exactly what's in the box. The knife fight isn't the game. Owning the search is.

Leak 02

Carriers own every head term

Search "car insurance" and count the scroll before a real agency appears. Carriers and aggregators hold the head terms with budgets no agency matches. Fighting them there is a donation. The winnable ground is product-plus-place — and most agencies never build a single page for it.

Leak 03

The map pack nobody built for

"Home insurance near me." "Life insurance" plus your town. Every one of those has a map pack, and it's won with profiles, pages, and reviews — not tenure. Twenty-year books lose that box to two-year-old shops that built for it.

Leak 04

Called back in hours

The autodial shops hit a quote request inside two minutes. Your producer calls after lunch. By then the prospect has quoted twice and picked a carrier. Speed-to-lead is wiring, not willpower — and most agency sites have none.

Leak 05

AI answers. You're not in them.

Ask an AI assistant "do I need life insurance." It answers thoroughly — and names nobody local. The next wave of shoppers starts there, not on page one. Structured answer content decides which agencies get named. Right now, almost none do the work.

Leak 06

Capture that isn't wired for consent

TCPA consent isn't a checkbox bolted onto a form; it's the form, the disclosure, and the dialer wired together. Most agency sites capture leads they can't compliantly dial — or lose leads behind a wall of legal text. Both cost policies.

What we install

The engine we run on our own floor

This isn't a service line we added after reading about insurance. It's the machine that built our own book, rebuilt for yours. The full breakdown for agencies is on the insurance industry page — the wiring is below.

  • Site architecture by product and placeA page for every line you write in every geography you're licensed for — auto, home, life, commercial — so the long tail of buying searches lands on you instead of an aggregator.
  • The review engineReviews decide the map pack and the AI answers both. A built ask — at the happy moment, every time, automatically. It's how FreedInsure's clients left 519 Google reviews at 4.9 stars.
  • AEO: structured answers for insurance questionsCoverage questions get asked in plain English now — to Google and to AI assistants. We write and mark up the answers so the machine names your agency instead of a generic explainer.
  • The FreedInsure lead engine patternCapture with compliant consent, minutes-to-dial speed, a written follow-up cadence, and tracking that runs all the way to issued-paid. Not theory — the exact wiring we run on our own floor.
FoundMap pack, product-and-place pages, AI answers naming you
ClickedA quote-start that works at 9pm on a phone
QuotedDialed in minutes on a written cadence, not after lunch
IssuedA drilled pitch — the policy gets placed, not just quoted
CountedEvery lead tracked to issued-paid, so the math is real
Simulation — how the machine treats a lead
20:04:11Lead arrives — quote request submitted
+0:00:08Auto-text sent — consent on file
+0:01:42Dialed — lead connected
+0:02:59Next touch scheduled on the cadence

We're not guessing. We're the case study.

FreedInsure: founded February 2023 by two people with zero startup capital. First month of commission, $227. It grew to $1.3M a year with roughly three-quarters of the book renewing — fed by a lead engine the founders built themselves, after years of generating and buying leads for their own floor. Clients left the verdict in public: 4.9 stars across 519 Google reviews. Tino holds producer licenses in 42 jurisdictions.

Every other SEO company learned insurance from keyword tools. We learned it from chargebacks. See how the machine maps to your agency on the insurance industry page, or walk the entire build in the FreedInsure case study.

Questions agents ask us

Insurance SEO is the work of making your agency the answer when someone searches — or asks an AI — about coverage. In practice it includes site architecture with a page for every product line in every geography you're licensed for; Google Business Profile and map-pack optimization for '[product] insurance near me' searches; a review engine that asks every happy client at the right moment; structured answer content so AI assistants name your agency instead of a generic explainer; and lead capture wired for TCPA-compliant consent and minutes-to-dial follow-up. Rankings that don't end in issued policies don't count — the whole chain is tracked from search to issued-paid.
By owning the searches and questions people already ask before they buy: product-plus-city pages that rank, a Google Business Profile that wins the map pack, reviews that make you the obvious call, and answer content AI assistants repeat. That's the engine we built for our own agency, FreedInsure, after years of generating and buying leads for our own floor. An owned engine takes months to build, then keeps producing — the leads are exclusive, warm, and never shared with five other agents. The full build is documented in the FreedInsure case study.
We don't quote a package before reading your book. The free revenue diagnosis comes first: your current visibility, your competitors, your lead flow, and your close math. Then the engagement is scoped to what's actually broken and priced against what a fixed pipeline is worth in commission and renewals. You see the price and the expected math in writing before a dollar moves. If the math doesn't clear, we say so — and you keep the scorecard.
Both. The mechanics don't care what's on your carrier contract. A captive agent wins local searches and the map pack the same way an independent does: pages for the products you can write, a review engine, fast follow-up on every quote request. Independents get one extra lever — more product lines means more pages and more searches to own. Captives get one extra step — carrier advertising rules, which we build inside. Tino holds producer licenses in 42 jurisdictions; we've read plenty of carrier rulebooks.
We've done both at scale, so here's the honest answer. Bought leads are fast and predictable: you pay today, the phone rings today, and you can staff a floor around the volume — that's why we bought them for our own agency for years. But shared leads go to multiple agents, the price only moves up, and the vendor owns the tap. SEO is the opposite: slow to start, then compounding — exclusive leads from an asset you own, at a cost that falls over time instead of rising. The strongest agencies run both: bought leads feed today's floor while the owned engine gets built to replace them. If you can only fund one, fund the asset you keep.
