Long Island — Nassau & Suffolk

A Long Island SEO company
that doesn't promise #1.

You've had the voicemails: "guaranteed first page." Nobody honest guarantees Google. What we guarantee is the math — local SEO, AEO, web design, and ads tracked from ranking to phone call to closed revenue, by operators who built their own book from a $227 first month.

What's actually broken

Why Long Island businesses get burned on SEO

Long Island is the most pitched-to local market in the region — everyone's cousin sells SEO here. These are the six leaks the boiler rooms never mention.

Leak 01

Bought the ranking, not the revenue

The last company got you to "page one" for a keyword nobody searches, then mailed a chart every month. Rankings that don't ring the phone are decoration. The scoreboard has to end in closed revenue or it's theater.

Leak 02

One island, a hundred map packs

Massapequa, Smithtown, Garden City, Riverhead — each town is its own local result. Ranking where you don't serve is vanity; invisible where you do serve is the leak. Visibility has to follow your actual service area, zip by zip.

Leak 03

Ad costs that punish weak conversion

Long Island service categories are brutal auctions — every click is contested. Paying those prices to send traffic at a site that doesn't convert is the expensive version of the problem. Organic and AEO are the hedge; conversion is the cure.

Leak 04

The three-quote customer

LI buyers get multiple quotes on principle — your mother taught you the same thing. The first business to call back sets the bar the other two get measured against. Speed to lead decides more of these than price does.

Leak 05

AI is answering before you're asked

"Best [your category] near me" increasingly gets answered by AI with a shortlist. Most LI businesses have given the machines nothing quotable — no structured answers, no receipts. That gap is the cheapest first-mover advantage on the island right now.

Leak 06

Season math nobody plans for

Half the island's businesses breathe with the calendar — pools, landscaping, HVAC, the East End. The machine has to bank demand in season and mine the book off season. A cadence built for July fails in February.

What we install

Visibility with a revenue line attached

We're not an SEO vendor. We're operators who use SEO — plus AEO, web design, ads, and the sales floor behind them — to move one number: closed revenue per channel. Everything else is a means.

  • Town-by-town local SEOMap pack and page visibility mapped to your real service area — Nassau, Suffolk, or both — with a review engine doing the compounding.
  • AEO — the AI answersStructured pages, real answers, and receipts machines can quote — so when the AI names a shortlist for your category, you're on it.
  • Sites and ads that answer to CACWeb design built to convert the click, and Google/Meta spend sequenced by your unit math — with cost per closed sale reported, per channel, monthly.
  • The follow-up machineMinutes-not-hours response, written cadences, and an off-season book-mining play — because on Long Island the second call usually loses.

Why listen to us over the next voicemail

Because we've been the buyer. We built FreedInsure — two people, zero startup capital, $227 first month of commission — into an operation producing $1.3M a year with three-quarters of the book renewing. Along the way we bought leads, bought traffic, built our own lead engine, and learned exactly what a lead costs, what it's worth, and how fast it dies in an inbox. Clients left the receipts: 4.9 stars across 519 public Google reviews.

Every recommendation on this page is something we did with our own money first. We don't sell rankings. We sell the machine rankings feed — and we show the math at every step. The numbers live in the case study.

Questions Long Island owners ask us

Don't believe any of us — verify. Nobody controls Google, so a guaranteed ranking is a red flag by itself. What a serious company CAN show you: the specific work planned, the checkpoints where progress becomes visible, and the chain from rankings to calls to closed revenue in your own CRM. We put that in writing at the free diagnosis, before any retainer exists. Judge the plan, not the promise.
Whatever number you've been quoted, the real question is what a closed customer is worth to you and what one costs from each channel. We scope engagements after a free diagnosis of your visibility, your competitors, and your lead handling — so the retainer is priced against expected return you can check our math on, not against a package tier. You'll know both numbers before a dollar changes hands.
Months, not weeks — anyone saying otherwise is selling something. Technical and profile fixes show movement first, map-pack progress builds over the following months, and competitive town-level rankings compound from there. That's why we wire faster wins in parallel: your existing lead handling usually leaks enough revenue that fixing speed-to-lead and follow-up pays for the patience the SEO needs.
Both — and the distinction matters more than outsiders think. Long Island isn't one market; it's a hundred hamlet-level map packs. Ranking in Hicksville does nothing for you in Huntington. We build town-by-town visibility for the zip codes you actually serve, and skip the ones you don't, because ranking where you won't drive is vanity.
Ask for the chain: which rankings moved, which clicks they produced, which calls those became, which closed. If the monthly report is a keyword chart with no revenue line, you're buying a chart. Two more tells: ask who owns the content and accounts if you leave (the answer should be you), and ask what they'd stop doing if a channel's math stopped working (the answer should not be "nothing").
