How to read your result

Every answer scores 0, 1, or 2. Ten questions, so the ceiling is 20. The number matters less than the spread: the quiz tracks four disciplines — pitch, drilling, follow-up, numbers — and names the one where you gave up the most points. That discipline is where your next point of close rate is hiding.

Why a point of close rate matters: move a close rate from 20% to 30% and revenue goes up 50% on the same leads, the same phone, the same hours. Closing better is the cheapest growth there is. That math is the whole reason this quiz exists.

One warning. The quiz scores what you told it. If you graded yourself on your best week instead of last week, the number is flattery, not data. Retake it honest.

Questions reps ask us

Producers and reps — anyone who sells on the phone or across a table for a living. It scores the four disciplines that separate premeditated closers from natural talkers: pitch, drilling, follow-up, and numbers. If you own the floor rather than work it, take the Revenue Leak Quiz instead — it scores the operation, not the rep.
Every answer scores 0, 1, or 2, so ten questions put you between 0 and 20. 16–20 is a premeditated closer: you're running a system, and training sharpens edges instead of rebuilding. 9–15 is a journeyman: real skills, no system — the difference between good months and every month. 0–8 means you're winging it on talent, and talent without drills is a ceiling. The quiz also names your weakest of the four disciplines, because that's where the next point of close rate is hiding. Moving a close rate from 20% to 30% is 50% more revenue on the same leads.
No. The Academy is the drills that built a real book — the same pitch work, roleplay, and follow-up cadence we run on our own floor; the agency grew from a $227 first month to $1.3M a year with three-quarters of the book renewing. The $40K guru month is why we don't do hype: a previous firm we worked at spent roughly $40,000 in a single month on guru training, and we watched what it bought. That's why the Academy is drills and reps, not seminars and slogans.
